Customer Service Team Leader - pomorskie
Our Client, international financial institution, is opening its Service Center in Gdynia. This Center is a strategic Group initiative for centralising customer service related operations and back office processing from around the region. We are currently looking for Customer Service Team Leader, who will be managing a group of about 10 employees.
Nasze wymagania:
- University degree
- Good understanding of the financial markets & technology used
-Minimum of two years a services operations business and/or related management experience with proven progressive customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required
- Proven leadership, motivational, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Thorough understanding of the service center concept and its importance in maintaining and expanding account relationships
- Fluent in English
